The War 2 movie has been out and making a buzz with negative reviews. It has successfully made its earnings on the first day and is in full swing on day 1, earning 52 crores gross. Will War 2 continue its rhythm, or will it not live up to the expectation? YRF marked and listed in the history of its opening in the movie. There are mixed reviews from the viewers. “Full-on-Bollywood Masala”. That means it has almost everything, from action to love stories. War 2 Mixed Review: Will it survive three more weeks?
The chemistry between them looks amazing. The costume director Anaita Shroff Adajania and Niharika Jolly did a really great job along with Shipra Singh Acharya as make-up designer. The song looks refreshing and well put together by music director Pritam, singer Arijit Singh, Nikhita and Amitabh B. However, the climax of the movie was so good that it shocked reviewers, earning them 2 stars in their reviews. The movie did well in the first two days and crossed the 100 crore mark yesterday. Therefore, all the efforts go to three main actors: Hrithik Roshan, Jr NTR and Kiara Advani. Thus, because of these three, it was able to enter into this marked. The already crowded space where the poetic love story of the fierce Dalit student of Siddhant Chaturvedi and another two romantic birds found in Sayaara had already sold just a few weeks ago. In 2024, Hrithik did well in Fighter, directed by Siddharth Anand. It was released on 25 Jan 2025. A 250 crore budgeted film total grossed 344.46 worldwide; thus, War 2 is expected to cross 500 crores in the next 7 days.

Another review from Subra Gupta from the Indian Express gave 2 stars, saying “Hrithik Roshan’s spy Kabir gets an impossible task in the latest spy univerrse film — to keep us glued to the screen. Jr NTR seems to be missing his fizzy RRR co-star Ram Charan while Kiara Advani is missing an actual fleshed-out role.”
In my opinion, Kabir’s mission in War 2 in 2025 was indeed a bigger task, or perhaps the most difficult call. Also, as per his mentor, Colonel Luthra.
